JSD708 is a 100% solid aromatic spray polyurea elastomer, which is generated by the reaction of isocyanate components and amino compound components. It requires professional polyurea equipment for spraying and construction. It can adapt to complex and changeable geological structures, hot and cold climate zones, and corrosion of soils in different climates. With its excellent comprehensive physical properties and stable corrosion resistance, it has been valued by relevant engineering design and construction units and has been continuously applied to buried pipeline projects.
Product features: ① No solvent, 100% solid content, safe, environmentally friendly, no odor ② Fast curing, can be sprayed on any curved surface, inclined surface and vertical surface without sagging. ③ The coating is dense and seamless, with good flexibility and strong adhesion

Scope of product application
Petrochemical, natural gas, municipal engineering, urban water supply and drainage
Construction base treatment
Metal surface: It is recommended to sandblast and remove rust to Sa2.5 level of ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard.
Concrete surface: It should be solid, dense, flat, clean and dry. There should be no sanding, peeling, cracks, honeycomb surface and other phenomena. It is usually necessary to repair with putty.
Wood surface: Clean, dry without burrs, fragments and loose fragments.
Product packaging and shelf life
Packaging: Component A 210 kg/barrel
Component B 200 kg/barrel
Warranty period is 10 months (from the date of production if the original packaging is not opened)
Storage temperature: 5-35'C
Make sure the product is well sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated environment away from direct sunlight
Notes
1. Before using the product, component B should be fully stirred to ensure that the pigment is evenly mixed. Otherwise, the quality of the product will be affected.
2. If the construction substrate is coated with a primer, please spray polyurea within the appropriate time frame.
3. For the specific use of the company's polyurea special primer and the overcoating interval, please refer to JSD's other product manuals.
4. The company requires customers to test spray an area at the spraying site before formal spraying to ensure that the product mixing ratio, color and spraying effect are correct and ideal.
